I don't know, I choose
Here's how to embrace uncertainty and sovereignty on shaping our experience here
I don’t know.
I don’t know why there is suffering on earth. I have loosely held theories that bridge the “why’s” that circle the intention and purpose of our embodied experience here on earth. Yet, none of them touches a robust or reasonable explanation for the deep pain, the violence, the actions and circumstances that appear as pure evil playing out in our reality.
What I choose to believe about life, about God, about each of us stands in contrast to the brutality of this earth plane. Everyone faces a shade of it, some unspeakable horror and pain, and I keep those in my mind often. I ask myself - how can I believe that life loves us, that Life itself is God, that the intention for life on earth, the core of humanity, is benevolent, when this is happening on earth?
I don’t know. I don’t need to, none of us do, as knowing the answers to these questions is impossible.
What I do know is that what I choose to believe doesn’t just matter, it isn’t important, it is everything.
